Synthia is a Gorgeous, Inked and Unique character for Victoria 4 and Genesis.

She comes with highly detailed skin, hand drawn tattoos and a custom sculpted head morph. Synthia includes 18 Makeup Options, 08 Eye Options, 08 Lip Colors, 02 Lash Options as well as torso and limb tattoo options.
