Bocci lighting 14s

Series 14, designed by Omer Arbel in 2005.
14s series is a cast glass hemisphere. Inside is a cylindrical void with a matte finish.
The balls glow thanks to a low-voltage xenon lamp or led-lamps. Light interacts with bubbles of imperfect cast glass, which resembles small candles floating in spheres of water.
